Picture of HMCS Quebec's crew taken in Port of Spain Trinidad in 1954 on our way to Rio de Janiero. The ship left Halifax 15th. October 1954 and returned on the 5th. December 1954. Other places visited La Guara, Venezuela and Colon, Panama.

Note: Little did I know at that time that I would be opening the first Hydrofoil service between Port of Spain and La Guaira in 1969.

This picture was taken after crossing the Line (Equator) during the African or Brazil Cruise. Aldheim White (A/) was the Herald. Does anyone remember. Let the webmaster know.

HMCS Uganda crossing the Horne in 1952

This picture was taken at a Boeing Aircraft Plant somewhere in the USA in 1954. The seven Midshipmen eventually became pilots. Can anyone name them?

Where are they now? Still flying?
